It's been a long, long time since I’ve written anything; I'll try to be better about that!

My DH mentioned on Friday, “wouldn’t it be fun to drive to Cranberry and go to the Red Robin for lunch?” He knew I have been down a bit, with some personal issues. We drove down to the restaurant; it’s a nice family place, it’s a bit pricier than the usual fast food places, but you get your money’s worth. Then after that, we drove around and did errand running, and came back here. Then we drove around to look at houses I saw online.

On Saturday we drove to Allegheny Cemetery to put some flowers on the grave of a dear friend who recently passed away. She was a special lady; I was not surprised but still sad when I heard the news, she would have been 95 in May! I plan on going down a lot just to make sure her grave site has been taken care of.
In other news, I have been working on my DS's baby album, and I like the new album I got too!
I went to the Sunday crop at our local Scrapbook Station today.
I got to sit next to two sisters who I've sat next to before, and they are a lot of fun!
I hope one day to be able to meet someone in the area who is into scrapbooking to, so we can go together like some of the others do. It just seems that the people I meet are not into crafts, but I know there is someone out there.
I'm also doing March Madness challenges at this one site I go to, and it's been a lot of fun. I'm not sure if I can get all the layout challenges done, but I hope to get a few in there. My DH teasing me, telling me I'm always at the computer, but I told him things should calm down soon after March. (Looks all innocent!) I'm not sure what we are all going to do when this is over! (Grins) Thank you to Melanie and to the others who donated their time, and for making and giving the prizes out too! It’s most appreciated!

I have to say, the one layout challenge where we were not allowed to use any glue was a hard one for me, especially when I kept pricking my finger. “Darn that Mel!” (Grins) I sewed on a few buttons, and I had trouble with one of them that was in the middle. Needless to say, I had a fun time anyway doing that layout.

I hope soon to be doing some card making. I need to check my e-mail to see some of the comments people made about how they got started card making.

I need to get going; it’s time to get dinner ready.
